Shipping policy

Lahomodefr ships exclusively to metropolitan France. We do not ship to Corsica, overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM), or internationally through this website.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays.

Delivery time

Delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days for addresses in metropolitan France. The total time from order confirmation to receipt is therefore 4 to 7 business days under normal conditions. These timeframes are indicative and may extend during peak periods (sales, year-end holidays), without constituting a breach of our obligations.

Shipping cost

Delivery is free for all orders shipped to metropolitan France, with no minimum order threshold. There are no hidden shipping charges added at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent to you by email when the parcel is handed to the carrier. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days after dispatch, contact us at info@lahomodefr.com with your order number.
