Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded when you validate your cart, accept these Terms of Service, and complete payment. A confirmation email is sent to you. The sale becomes final after payment is confirmed by our payment provider.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery charges. Delivery to metropolitan France is free. Accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. The debit occurs at the time of order confirmation. Transactions are secured by our payment provider.

Right of withdrawal

You have the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, under the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Delivery

Preparation, dispatch, and delivery are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you upon physical delivery of the parcel.

Legal guarantees

Independently of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), under the conditions provided by law.

Consumer mediation

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction under the conditions provided by the French Consumer Code.
